I bought a garden hose several years back and it was supposed to be kink free. Well, that didn't happen. I tried to give it back to one of the Do It Best stores and they said they couldn't take it back, but they gave me a 20% discount on the replacement hose. So, I bought the replacement hose thinking I just got a lemon on the previous hose. Well, last year the hose started to kink. I went to Lowe's and bought a garden hose that says it's guaranteed not to kink. I would like to post the pictures, but I don't see where I can.

Extremely difficult to work around the people when inside the building. They are constantly rude and dismissive. When I called them to talk about this behavior, I was shocked when they hung up on me multiple times. I tried my best to keep the interactions professional, but I will be taking my services elsewhere in the future.

Gary Furst, VP of HR & General Counsel took a party of the entire HR department to a local brewery, spent almost $400 on food and alcohol for everyone, then tipped their server TEN dollars. They had great service and had no complaints. Tips are how servers pay their bills. Do it Best is planning on opening a new location in the new GE building, and by the way their HR department treats the people who serve them, my prior optimism has completely dissolved. Hugely disappointed.

Never do business with these owners they are racist, and treated my fiance so poorly because "She was not properly wearing her mask". Yet the owner didn't even have on a mask. You will never see my business again!

We were members HWI way back in the late 70's and they were a great group to work with. When we closed out our business, I missed the folks there as much as anything. I know they have grown over the years but I'll bet they are still great partners for their members.
