Store closes when ever it feels sometimes 8pm sometimes 5pm today it closed at 7 and instead of checking me out they took my stuff kicked me out and looked the door this has got to be the worst location in fort Wayne.

the store is supposed to be open at 8am.. i got here at 9:15 & the doors are locked . I waited until someone unlocked the doors but one of the workers came from around the corner from who knows where went into the store & the doors are still locked. it doesn’t take 2 hours after opening for you to actually unlock doors so people can come in and shop!

Places states it closes at 9:00pm but when at location is closed at 8:40 or 8:50 ! Biggest inconvenience ever.

I was in there today on 11-6-23 at 11:17am was looking for something and i asked the ladie about we're I can fine this item bc online said that u guys have it and she was very very very rude saying that I would not trust the app and she said if we have it would be right here and walk away didn't even help us though anything and not to mention The store is a mess boxes everywhere can't get thur the aisle to get what u are looking for and also truck stuff is just sitting around not putting it away and the ladie was just up at the cash register on her phone not even trying to clean up the boxes or the mess stock every we're not even put away on the shelfs and then u have stock just sitting on the shelf this store I will not be returning too any time soon just on that

This is undoubtedly the filthiest, most unsanitary store I have ever entered, anywhere. The parking lot, the entry doors, the interior floors, shelves and literally everything inside and out. Disgusting. I am amazed that the local Board of Health allows a store that sells food to be kept in this condition.....

A very sparce speaking of crowds this dollar general store is located on East State Blvd. In a shopping mall sort of place. The place is well cluttered with items that hadn't been priced or placed on the shelves. The customer service is really bad .. i was shopping one time and i couldn't find an employee at all it took me 15 min to finally track her down. But all was resolved. I give this location.(Because location has everything to do with it) two out of five Stars ?

Just pulled up to this store. (8:25 pm), the Web and the sign on the store showed they close at 9. As we pulled up a customer was walking out and the lady working locked the door, even though she saw us. I looked at a little homemade sign which read 'sorry were closed will open at 8 am'. Why are these workers closing franchises down prior to closing.
