My husband and I purchased our brand new vehicle from Don Ayers and our salesperson Matthew Hill was absolutely phenomenal! He was SO kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful with the ordering and the process of getting our new vehicle. He kept us up to date on every step and made it very easy! The reason I'm only giving three stars is because the finance department is SO pushy. They kept trying to talk us into buying these packages we were not interested in whatsoever and we were also beyond ready to get out of there with an antsy toddler in tow. He kept pushing these packages and we kept saying no. Once he finally got it, he was less than pleasant for the rest of signing the documents.Like stated though, we truly enjoyed our experience with our salesperson, Matthew and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Fraudulent and a waste of time if you’re looking to waste an hour and a half buying a car just to get denied, this is a place for you fraudulent part they want you to make a down payment of a 10,000 consumers act and law states it is illegal to do such things refused to send me a letter on why they denied me which is illegal and considered discrimination highly illegal. Thanks for wasting my time. You didn’t waste your time reading this review if anything, you saved yourself a lot of hassle and potential fraudulent activity as I’m sure that they would do title fraud or deed fraud at this point if you’re willing to discriminate, you’re willing to break the law at the same time, know your rights employees to start looking at consumer act laws

I paid for a package that includes oil changes. I was going to make an appointment since I live out of town, but their website says no appointment needed for an oil change. So I show up for an oil change, wait fifteen minutes in the service area for someone to even say hello to me, and then I am told that the wait for an oil change is three hours.Needless to say, I'll be getting that oil change someplace else. Deeply disappointed in Don Ayres that they advertise an "express" oil change without an appointment and then expect you to wait three hours. We must have different definitions of the word express.

This dealership has horrible customer service and are cliche salesmen. Lowballed me on trade in and wanted ridiculous prices on their cars. Hondas are great cars but there are much better dealerships to buy from.

Couldn't answer a simple question by email. Asked for the price for a timing belt change and was told I needed to call in and discuss. Goodbye! I went somewhere else.

Coming from dealing with the Honda dealership in Austin, Texas, I had low expectations. Don Ayres changed all that. No attempts to upsale or add services that weren't needed. If I took the car in for an oil change, chances were good that is all I'd leave with. Very appreciative.

Stopped in and found a reasonably priced, great shape Toyota in their used department. This was on a Monday. Made the deposit, and part of that agreement was a promise made by the salesman it would be wrapped up and delivered by Friday the same week. He indicated a short service check was necessary. I HAD to have a vehicle in order to work a job which required travel. I made this very clear, probably 10 times. Thursday comes along, and I'm expecting to do a purchase agreement and finish things up. "We're not quite ready, but soon. They want to make sure it's perfect." The salesman stated. Thankfully, I made a buffer timewise expecting a hiccup. Monday was my first day. Friday, same story. Promise now broken. Vehicle drove great, not sure why it's taking so long. I said "This needs to be finished tomorrow, or the deal is off. You promised today." I got more excuses. "It'll be tomorrow, for sure. Just get in before 3 when we close." He said So I get there at 1 on Saturday. Another salesman "Oh, he's off today. You'll need to come back Monday, and we'll get you taken care of." At this point, my blood is boiling. They are now screwing with my income and well being of my family. Nothing like not being able to work your first day on the job. I was already imagining how poorly my new boss would think of me. I'd made up my mind to end the situation. I found another car elsewhere and purchased the same day. The following week, the salesman starts blowing my phone up on Wednesday. "Ok, we're ready now, when can you come in and finish the paperwork?" I reiterated our agreement. "Ummm, well,...this isn't our fault." He said. "This is business. You didn't keep your end of the bargain. I want my $500 deposit back." "That's non-refundable, we can't give it back." He said. I went to my bank and charged the sale back on my card. And got it with no problem. They lied multiple times. Never again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Was going to sell me a car before they had it serviced. Had check in hand, waited 2 days for it to be serviced and then found out cost was $5,000 to be fixed.

Pete Ort lied to me about my break pads being worn out. When I went to change them myself they were barely half used. He tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. He told me to replace all 4 breaks and rotors it would be $450. Only the front 2 wheels have disk breaks. This service department should be avoided at all costs!!**it's been over a week. No contact. Looks like there's more than one dishonest person at this dealership. I don't know why they'd even write that they'd have someone contact me when they have no intention of doing so.

Worst experience I have ever had. No communication and was definitely not treated as a priority of any kind. If you do set up an appt to have a car driven to you to test drive/look at, plan on the person never showing up.

Well, we won't ever be buying a car at Don Ayres Honda. It is absolutely ridiculous to treat an outstanding employee like this. She is better off without working around a bunch of pathetic misogynistic sexists.

Has allowed 2 female employees to be sexually harassed by coworkers and blamed them for being harassed. Will not recommend a sexist company that blames women and does not hold their employees accountable for sexual harassment. Sounds like a dangerous place for not only women employees but customers as well.
