I purchased a pair of shoes and had to return them because they just weren't going to work out. The staff was very accommodating even though I was past the return deadline. I'll definitely be back!

great place to shop for shoes. Only issue for me, they don't carry my size 12, I would have to order online and have them sent to the store. DSW also has a few bins where you can drop off gently used shoes and get 500 pts each day that you drop off those shoes. Food4Thought!
