Our local store is terrific, but DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order on 11/29 and I still (12/10) have not received shipping information. I've called them three times and they continue to tell me I will receive shipping information the day I call. I really wish they had the items in the store. The manager has bent over backwards trying to help me.
Today I googled shipping problems with Eddie Bauer and was shocked at how many people experience the same issue.
I have little hope that the items will be shipped, but of course I've already been billed.

Trying to return something at this Eddie Bauer location is like descending into some kind of metaphysical nightmare from which there is no escape or hope for redemption. We have had to insist with our relatives - no more gifts from Eddie Bauer ever! It's like dealing with crazy people.

Rachelle (assistant manager) is either clueless and/or a liar, and Sarah (manager) has the worst attitude that I have ever encountered in a retail store! Also, both are lazy!
