Have been shopping at this location since the opening of JP. Sales associates have come and gone and the managers have stayed fairly consistent. I have come across few employees in my time that were just awful and 2 of them are gone and one is currently working at the store. Sometimes in retail you come across employees that really love to make their customers happy and then there are those who love to tell the customer NO.....YOU CAN'T and really get off on it! Current employee Vicky is one of those employees that just loves to make things difficult for the customer. She is the epitome of raw customer service and needs to go back and read the initial on boarding booklet and refer to the tennis racquet story. Eddie Bauer would not approve of how she treats customers. Please get rid of her. Next time I walk in and see her working ....I'm walking right back out.
