Enterprise on lima rd is awesome. Jessica, Cassidy, Corey, Marcus, as well as Ellee is always so much help great customer service very friendly. Cars are always clean and they are always one call away if you have any questions.

Enterprise has a stellar reputation for customer service. It was earned because of outstanding employees like Jessica Lewandowski at Enterprise on Lima road in Fort Wayne. When the challenger that I rented proved uncomfortable for my children Jessica stayed at closing time to exchange the vehicle with no issues.

Had a great experience! The car was clean and had no issues. The staff was great and super helpful. This was my first time renting a car due to an accident. The return process was simple and easy and got my refund in less than two days! I will definitely be using them again if I ever need to rent a car.

A young gentleman helped us rent a van for a few days. We returned in a few days to extend it to 1 weeks time! When we turned it in, Tameka(I believe was her name) was there to help us get the final arrangements and payment made!! Good van(Mazda) and very personal and professional staff helped us each time we went back for more info and service our contract! Kudos to Enterprize!!! Joe & Anna

Got my best deal from this location, huge thanks to Ahmaud for getting this deal done and making sure im happy and satisfied by giving me a hand full of cars to choose from to enjoy the ride during my rental period. Cory on the other hand, welcomed me back and helped me out through the car drop, man these people in this branch are amazing. Thank you all for all what you guys did??

Jessica was great! Easy in, easy out and on my way. Used the key drop box for the return. Received a pleasant phone call later in the day asking how was everything. Definitely recommend!
