Book reservation 3 weeks prior to leaving for vacation, got a call less than 24 hours before leaving saying vehicle I requested may or may not be here, and if I was flexible on vehicles. Morning of leaving for vacation was called and told vehicle never made it in, no other enterprises had vehicle for class I chose. Got put in a minivan that had exterior damage and very dirty on the inside, I spent 2 hours cleaning the stains off the carpet and vacuuming dorrritos for under the seats, I guess there cleaning moto was off that day. Attached are pictures of dirtiest and pictures of how it looked after I was done with it. I've been a long time member and renter with enterprise and first time with this location, it will also be my last with this location.

They have always done a great job of taking care of us at the shop on Coldwater. Q is awesome there and deserves a promotion or a raise whichever he wants.

We had an excellent experience wuth Enterprise at this location. Joe was very polite & professional & our rental & return process was seemless. We'd choose to rent from here again.

this place hires thieves. accidentally left a wallet and the car and the workers stole the contents of the wallet. Haven't heard anything back from the manager for all we know she could have been in on it. Don't rent cars from these people they aren't honest people working here.

Booked a car for 08:00am and didn’t get one until noon. The car they finally gave my only had half a tank and would shake around 60mph. There was no gesture attempted for the inconvenience of a 4 hour delay. These rental car companies are too comfortable, I’ll tell you what. Gave them 2 stars because although the guys at the front desk don’t know how to say goodbye when they hang up the phone, they weren’t terrible to talk to.

Very clean building, very courteous and helpful employees. This looks like it's part of Preferred Auto, due to sign color and style, but it is not.

Was charged for someone else’s tolls in a state I never drove through. Showed proof with a picture that had the date, location and time stamp but they wouldn’t accept it. Never again.***UpdateAfter emailing the care center as requested received a response stating the tolls were not from Illinois. They were. Told to call toll center which I already have. Still no resolution.

I received a vehicle that was not comparable to our Sienna van being repaired. It was also very dirty, smelled like cigarettes horribly even though I was told no smoking in it, gas tank was a 1/4 full and one of the tires had a slow leak in it as well. I talked to the staff and my insurance agent talked to them and no one in this office was willing to help with any issues we had. For example, in trying to get a more comparable vehicle so all of my family could fit, one would assume the rental company would do the leg work of calling other branches around the city to find and squire said vehicle. That was not the case here. The customer service was a joke at best. Do better
