Very disappointed with this facility. Some of my items were molded from their roof leaking. Wasn’t informed that my items could have been damaged. When they switched management is when things got extremely bad.

Storage unit no problem at all. I have had issues getting into main gate on 5 occasions and had a few problems with using my fab. It’s very annoying waiting for main gate to open and people trying to get in at the same time beeping their horn. It took about 6 minutes to actually get assistance on the phone to many steps to take to actually get a live person to talk to.

I haven't moved my stuff there yet, but my experience securing the space was excellent! Since the website was hopelessly broken in both places to become a new customer, ahem, I was forced to call the "existing customer" number. The nice person taking the call was caught out of the office and promised to call me back in 15 minutes, but it was only 5 minutes to get called back and provided with excellent service!
Update: moved in today, super- happy about the experience. By far the best storage facility I've ever used, and that's saying a lot because this is my 6th time renting long-range storage!
