My glasses fell apart suddenly late in the day and Ricky Floyd and Hannah saved me! Ricky not only repaired them, but also replaced the old parts so they're almost as good as new again. Thank you!

This place does not live up to anything they advertise. No promo pricing on anything if you have insurance and plan to use it. And after getting glasses here over a span of 5 years i have never gotten my glasses same day as advertised. It’s always “we have a machine down in our lab and it will take up to 2 weeks to get your glasses” Doctors are ok though.

Andrea and Rick did a great job getting me taken care of quickly in time for my wedding! Everyone was helpful and friendly. My optometrist was knowledgeable and communicated well.

Horrible i went in with my father. Watch them take priority over my dad for a rude customer because he was being rude. We where here for 30 minutes did exam and because this guy comes in saying that because he didn't have his script ready and on him it wasn't his job. So my father got left behind to wait.. would not recommend coming here unless you throw a fit and get first serve.

This is my first time going to the eye doctor. The doctor immediately made me feel at home found a common interest we had in TV shows and he was really easy to talk to and explain things in a way that I understood. I highly recommend eyeglass world as well as this doctor. I finally see what the hype is about for real. I got two pairs of glasses pretty legit.

Took my nephew to Eyeglass World because his glasses were broken. Wanted to do a walk-in wasn't sure of we could of got in today. Rick set appt for next day and suggested we look at glasses to speed up the process for the next day.
As we looked at the men's selection, Rick told us if we wait a few more minutes he may can squeeze us in. Few more minutes got eye examine and 2 pair of glasses picked out and a free Coach and Michael Kors cloth to keep glasses clean. Thank you Rick and Chantal for the great experience and excellent service. I would recommend.

Went for an exam, went well. Ordered contacts for $367. Said they would be shipped directly to me in a few weeks. One month later I called and they said they never ordered me any contacts. They asked if I would like them ordered. I said yes. They assured me they would be delivered in a month. Another month passes and I call. They say they never ordered any contacts. Now asking for a refund... again... finally said they're processing a refund for the partial amount after 3 weeks of asking. Still no refund posted to my account...

Couldn't be happier with all the people at Eyeglass world, from the Optometrist to everyone on the floor, my questions were answered no one tried to sell me anything I didn't want, in other words no pressure tactics. My visit was fast and complete, I can't say how satisfied I am. Thank you all.

Excellent service! Rick went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I had some issues with insurance he even called them himself to help navigate through the process. Alec finished the process and was a huge help as well. All in all A+ experience at Eyeglass World!
