I would give 6 stars if I could. Other stores felt very gimmicky with salesmen pressuring us to make a purchase same-day or the deal would be gone. The staff at Fairfield is very knowledgeable, pointing out differences in each chair that we had never considered, and they did not pressure us in any way. We ended up custom ordering an Elran rocking swivel power recliner, which was great because we were able to choose the perfect fabric to match the nursery. We did not have to sacrifice comfort/functionality for style. A few weeks later the chair was ready and Fairfield delivered it directly into the nursery, assembled it, and took away all packaging materials. Even with such great service, the pricing was very competitive! We couldn't be happier with the selection, pricing, and service that we found at Fairfield Galleries!

Can't imagine going anywhere else. We have been buying furniture from there for over 30 years. I like dealing with familiar faces. They have a lot of furniture and decorative samples on the floor. Knowledgable sales staff and decorators.

After looking at local Fort Wayne furniture store reviews, it led me to Fairfield Galleries. So glad I went there. The owner and sales team were terrific! We bought the loveliest bedroom furniture built of the highest quality! The service and delivery team were exceptional and made a difficult entry seem seamless. Would highly recommend!

We have worked with Fairfield for almost 7 years now and have furnished our entire house with them. Everything from dining table to office furniture to living room furniture and more. It is always an amazing experience!! Don and Arianna are beyond the best and truly care about the relationship with their customer. Quality is top notch and pricing is very fair. Customer service is unlike anywhere I have ever shopped. We never even look anywhere else at this point.

Fairfield Galleries has been instrumental in furnishing my home. Jeanne has been a blessing as she is able to guage my tastes while offering suggestions and guidance. Having the insight of a talented designer to guide me was ideal as I furnished my new home.Fairfield has an impressive selection of furnishings on hand, but they provide so many other channels to get the perfect piece for your home. I was able to special order art, accent pieces and area rugs that I could not be more pleased with. On two occassions where I wanted furniture that I simply could not locate, Jeanne turned to an Amish craftsman, that they partner with, to create custom pieces. In both instances, I could not have been more pleased with the results.Although I have worked primarily with Jeanne, everyone that I have encountered at Fairfield has been very friendly and equally helpful. I have never felt pressured into any purchase. They have allowed me to move at a deliberate pace. At the same time, when I eventually settled on items, they supplied them quickly. All in all, it is my belief that one would be hard-pressed to find a better furniture buying experience than the one offered by Fairfield Galleries.

If you are looking for any type of furniture or seating, skip the big box stores and go to Fairfield Galleries! Their customer service far outweighs anyone else. They have an incredible selection and can meet any budget. I met with Ari and she was no knowledgeable and eager to help. They even changed our delivery date at the last minute to accommodate our crazy schedule. Not to mention- delivery is FREE! I’m a customer for life!

A hidden gem out on Hwy 33, Fairfield Galleries is a must stop for your furniture needs. We found a desk we loved at another store. Don was able to order it and beat the price by nearly $300. He also offers free shipping & setup (the other guys wanted $80 to drive it few miles across town). Shop around, but make FG your final stop.
