First off I am a contractor who is forced to do business here regularly and every time the employees have been rude and unhelpful. Second if you look on maps it says the store opens at 7am the door says 7am then google says 7:30am and if you call the automated message says 9am confusing and unhelpful again. A little customer service would go a long way especially since the store already opens later than every other parts store I go to.

If you don’t have an account you have to spend $100 once the employee found out I didn’t have a account he was less than genuine serving me and acted like I was just in the way

We don't take cash US currency. People also act like your a burden coming in there looking for hardware. Teach your employees a little customer service
