I have never had a positive experience receiving packages when using FedEx. No lie. Once they left a package at the end of my driveway right next to my dumpster. Another time they left it right in front of an entry door to an apartment complex. The last straw is when they decided to ship to the former business's new address. Do they nit see its a residence now not a business?! And trying to get customer service, what a joke. I have since stop purchasing from any company that uses FedEx for their shipping.

Poor delivery service. Two different days. Today they put package on the public sidewalk. Could not even bring up to KY porch. Laziness. A few days ago, they delivered a large package and just put it on the sidewalk also as far from my house as they could. I am disabled and have instructions on my door to put all packages on my back porch. They are lazy or deliver to wrong address. Which happened when i had meals shipped by my insurance company lazy. The meals were found the next day and brought to me from the neighbors.

I recently started a business that has received several parcels this year, and one of my main suppliers ships exclusively through FedEx. FedEx is the most unresponsive, unreliable, and least user-friendly shipping service amongst the major shipping services that I deal with on a regular basis. Try speaking to a human being at FedEx and you'll see what I mean. FedEx has charged me for deliveries that were covered by my suppliers. FedEx has missed shipping dates and times that I paid for, and FedEx has no method in place to reimburse me for costs that I have incurred due to their errors, and missed shipment times and dates. I don't ship through them because they are not user-friendly, but I do receive shipments that my suppliers ship through them. I have sought out and used alternate suppliers, when I can find them, Simply because they do Not ship through FedEx. I'd give zero stars if that option was available.

Take a package in and it goes somewhere, what a novel idea! Staff were very friendly, but supplies are kept behind the counter now leaving mostly trinkets out and the staff to fetch what you need. From what I could tell they run a skeleton crew and for that I felt sorry for them. Parking and road access are available but in no way convenient and the potholes in the access could swallow a compact car. Not their fault as I’m sure they are just tenants like the other businesses in there, but doesn’t change the facts.

I had a live animal pickup and ahead of me was a gentleman that was either just lacking ANY social skills or just a jerk. The woman behind the counter should teach seminars on how to deal with those kinds of people. I WAS GOING TO YELL AT HIM!! She didn't AND handled the situation well. The whole experience was great!

Why would you put a 6000 and some change, Check on my Porch never rang door bell or nothing! I have reported people stealing my regular mail, why the hell would you put my Check on my porch at that not in my mail box! I'm filing a report and Complaint on Fed x! Oh yeah y'all won't put a real Human on the Phone, because of all the messed up things your doing to your Customers 😞

I didn’t want to give even a single star because they lost my package and if I came back to ask them in office they were so rude and said it’s not here and we are done with our job. They didn’t help me to find it at all. Even I filled a claim which I never get update of. I call them every single day but they are saying repeatedly saying wait and it’s been more than a month. I recommend don’t parcel ever from here because they don’t care if you package deliver or is on way or is damaged or lost and even they don’t compensate. I hate fedex but they lost my all id’s which I had in that package.
