Worse experience ever…. Me and my girlfriend Literally only wanted to deposit a check into my account and it took them 45 mins was asking 50 different questions etc.. Just to say it’s a 10 day hold. Left went to a different 5th 3rd they asked no questions just took my ID did the normal protocol and I was out in 5 mins per usual and I was so grateful! I feel like we were racially profiled cause I’m black on the south side smh do better.

Promises to cash a check overnight but does not follow through and it's a payroll check on top of it it's been 4 days and I still haven't got the money from my paycheck

The manager from there was extremely rude to one of the clients who doesn’t speak English. Definitely calling the main bank to make complaints. People from this bank need to be respectful and have the patience to do the job that they get paid for.

This bank is a joke. If you have to go in for any reason, you will be waiting way longer than you want to. If one of their friends come in you might as well leave immediately because they talk and joke around forever. When they do finally get to you they can't help you because the only person that can is either on lunch or isn't working that day.

Hardship with my credit score due to their lack of follow through and acknowledging their error. I am hitting a brickwall and no assistance or anyone to rectify this problem.

Tellers are rude and take their time to getting around to helping you. If their talking with their customers/friends you could be waiting a very long time. I'll go the extra miles to another branch.

Was merrily moving right along with no problems and having a harmonious relationship with 5/3 until I visited this branch in a one-off time to deposit a check in the ATM. Their teller held the funds from my check for four days, got the branch manger on the phone to get nasty with me, and then froze my account and busted me for check kiting causing numerous overdraft charges which they happily collected. Then, they reported it to a check verification service, which kept me from opening another bank account for five years. (Fortunately, I had already opened another account before this cascade of events, but it kept me from moving)

Was able to accept foreign wire transfers without a hold after the first few times. Exchanged dollars for Japanese yen and vice versa. Love the different savings vehicles.
