Never had any issues banking with Fifth Third and love their mobile app! Had no appointment and was helped quickly. Lilly helped me move money out of my account and was helpful and straightforward!

If you want to be able to use your money and banking services, NEVER!!!! do not come to this branch and do not open current accounts with them. Personal Banker Lilly M. Wallance will never set up Internet banking, she will not respond to your emails. The only thing she wants is for you to come to their branch every time with banking problems at a time convenient for THEM. And believe me, you will not go to the department many times.

I miss the new haven location where the atmosphere felt friendlier and was closer to my house. This location I swear you gotta make a damn appointment for everything and do everything yourself.

I am so frustrated! I can never get thru to this Branch. The main line is never picked up and when we choose 'Talk to A Banking Center Representative', it always goes into a dead drop (hang up). Infuriating to say the least!Biggest problem, my group has had a checking account for about 50 years with 5/3 Bank. We decided we needed a separate checking account for fundraising and it has been 5 months of bouncing the account because Banking Center Representatives haven't been able to get the account dialed in. I know this branch is really understaffed, but we cannot continue to have all these issues & problems.We aren't happy to be looking for alternative solutions.

When I was finally waited on after waiting 10 minutes, the teller could not help me. The teller informed me he could not cash my check because cash services was not working.. it was a $25 check and you don't have the money to cash it?? He told me I could deposit it! He also told me to drive across town and they could cash it. With the price of gas the way it is?!It's better if 5/ 3rd would put a message on their markee- We can take your money! But don't expect money back!At least you would save the customers money on gas.

5th 3rd bank is gonna be one of the worst banks I've ever come up with all they care about is their own money they don't care about their customers and you get money in the bank and they won't let you have it we'll let you use your debit cards and shut your cards off this is a lousy bank and as soon as I can I will be leaving 5th 3rd bank because nobody wants to help people out. I call the local branch and won't do anything to help people. So I'm encouraging people not to use this bank go to a better bank like Chase 5th 3rd don't care about people

Very slow drive through service at this location. This location is the closest to me but I will drive to 5th / 3rd locations further away when I can for better and faster service.

The atmosphere was bland with no music. The employees didn't smile, looked unenthusiastic. The woman who made my deposit, put it in the wrong account, when I called to get this fixed they said there's nothing that they can do about it, with not one apology. I will not be doing business at this location, ever again. I will continue going to the branch off of Lima, where I have never had an issue.

Adonica has kept me from closing my account multiple times after running from the frustrations of flagstar into a few minor hiccups after opening my account with 5/3. Her customer relations/service is more exceptional than anyone I have ever met and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your banking experience and so incredibly educated on most everything you may have questions about. This is the best branch and she has made it that way, I have visited 3 and this had stood out because of her.
