We used to love this store, but now it is utter chaos. I'm not sure if it's just this location or what 🤷🏻♀️ the bathroom was horrendous 🤢🤮 if I didn't absolutely HAVE to use it I wouldn't have. Nothing was clean, nothing. The toilet paper was sitting on the uncleaned railing, the dryer and the wall near it were covered in grime and filth. The floor didn't look like it had been mopped in months; I would usually look past this on a super snowy day considering the salt people bring in on their shoes, but the state of the rest of the bathroom tells me it was from build up. The checkout had only 2 registers open and the rest were covered in disorganized clothes and hangers. The employee who hung around the registers seemed very unhappy to be there. The rest of the store in general wasn't too bad, but there were a lot of things out of place.
I was so appalled that I don't think I'll ever return to this location.

This store is disgusting. Not only that, but the smell of marijuana in a store that children enjoy going to is also disgusting! The owner and workers should be embarrassed. The store is nasty, unorganized, and has trash all over the floor. 👎🏽 If I could give this store a 0 star, I would.

Lazy, rude employees and the worst customer service. Standing around and refused to check anyone out. She wanted everyone to check themselves out. I won't be back to this location again. Store is trashed, boxes all over and hard to get through isles. They stood there watching me struggle checking out and my cart was full. Not a disabled friendly store at all. I almost left my cart and walked out. I tried adding a picture.

Always fun finding new stuff here, my son and I love to shop here! Staff is always upbeat and helpful, always a good variety of gift and stocking stuffer toys, games and trinkets..

I did an online order to specify get certain items. 9 items were out of stock that it was a system error. I still got half my order with a shipping charge. I would not have placed an order at all for online ship to home items only! I could have then went to the store and brought items. Very poorly way to deal with it without even offering for my shipping fee back. I won't do anymore orders or shop there.

I like how you can buy clothes here for a good prices. I also like how they have a lot of tech stuff, decorations, Makeup, etc. I will say though the store needs cleaned and organized.

So disgusted took my kids here tonight there was so much trash everywhere on the floor. That bathroom was disgusting there was a used pregnancy test on the floor never going back

This particular store is unorganized and unkept. Disappointing, since it’s in a nice shopping area and restaurants. Would not and will not go back to this particular store.
