I love my credit union! I found them by accident when purchasing a vehicle in 2020. I told the dealership I'd prefer to finance with a local bank and they set it up through Fort Financial (thanks Preferred Auto!). I've opened more accounts with them and just bought another vehicle through them (and got 1% cash back!). My 9 yr daughter loves going to the bank with me and making hot chocolate in the lobby. I look to them first for any of my personal banking needs and highly recommend them.

They really should have left this credit union in Meijer grocery store on Maysville. The parking lot is way to small, reversing out of 4 parking spots (that I can see) you have to back up into the drive thru lane and hope if there is a car their paying attention. They literally have 1 handicap parking spot. I did go inside, the teller inside was rude and even rolled her eyes when I told her I had called previously because the amount was high and I needed prior approval. No seating (that I could see) inside for if someone needs it. Very disappointing in all.
