Just not happy with the customer service and work service. Brought my car in to don Ayres Acura and explained to them how my engine oil is always burning and finishing. They checked my car doing a full point inspection but couldn’t tell me why it was happening. All they wrote down was no leaks. Fast forward a month later my engine oil light comes on and I take it don ayres Honda and there’s no warranty, no help, no immediate service. I would have to pay AGAIN to put oil in my car. First time I moved to Indiana I spent $300 on new breaks at this place. You guys are horrible and will never be seeing me again.

First time Acura experience was amazing!!!!! This second time terrible, awful, I’m not sure what has happened or what’s going on. It’s been incredibly frustrating. Initially I asked for a particular color via a txt message with the salesman. I came to do paperwork and he had a completely different MDX, with zero explanation. They did find the correct MDX but when I asked for tint and wheel paint to be completed it was originally scheduled one day then cancelled then rescheduled. When the day finally came to get the work done I was given a loaner vehicle with wasps in it, the radio didn’t work. When I called to check on my vehicle I was told it was ready then not ready then ready. I’ve never seen such an operational inefficiencies. I’m super disappointed in Acura, especially because I raved about my first experience.

I've had several excellent experiences with Don Ayres Acura including with sales and service. I recently worked with a young lady, Kierstin, over the course of several months as inventories were challenged, and she was amazing. Not only did she keep me up to date on current inventory, but also on what was in the pipeline, and as the model years transitioned. All personal meetings, follow-up calls and texts were professional, informative and timely. In addition, the dealership including the service area is clean and organized. The quality of this dealership and stars like Kierstin are parallel with the quality of the Acura vehicles they represent.

We own a 2010 Acura MDX. I took it in about 3 months ago for an oil change. Brandon took me back and said there was oil leaking from the rear main seal. I had a warranty and he made the effort to call and deal with the warranty company. He spent a lot of time on the phone with the warranty company. When someone came out and inspected the car, the repairs were approved. Brandon suggested that I change the timing belt while the engine was torn down. Because of Brandon, I only paid $500 of the $3600 repairs. Brandon went above and beyond to help me and we greatly appreciate him. Brandon is a valuable asset to Don Ayers Acura.

Micah helped us get into the car we wanted! He worked his magic, found what we were looking for, and got us into it. He made the process simple and quick. Answered all of our questions even if they seemed ridiculous. He even answered our questions after we bought it and brought it home. Very helpful. Highly recommend. Great experience

Kierstin was wonderful to work with on the purchase of my car. In addition to being very friendly and knowledgeable, she was also very accessible to answer any questions. Everyone I came in contact with from the managers to the finance department was terrific. I also had a nice conversation with the service department manager who introduced himself. Overall wonderful experience.

This was my 2nd purchase from Don Ayres. The first one was a 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring that I was involved in an automobile accident. It saved my life. The picture is my testament that the Honda Odyssey is worth the 5 star rating it is given by the IIHS. I visited Don Ayres looking for another Honda Odyssey to purchase. Kerstin my sales rep and Joe Gates the finance manager were able to get me better finance options than what my credit union had offered me, and put me in a 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite. There were a few tweaks that needed to be done on the 2018. Tony Vincent the service manager made sure that they were taken care of, and also accomodated me with a loaner vehicle. Tony was my service consultant at Don Ayres Honda where I would take my 2012 for service. His customer service skills speak for themselves. If I could give Don Ayres more than 5 stars, I would. They are truly driven towards customer satisfaction in all aspects of their business which something that seems to be lacking in today's world. Sara Ayres, I applaude you for carrying the torch onthe legacy that your father started.

Just bought my SUV. Kirsten was so patient with me and made time for me when I would just drop by since I was on that side of town to ask questions and test drive vehicles. She also was the best communicator to keep me engaged throughout the process. PJ also came in and helped with a test drive when she became busy with other appointments that she had. I can tell they all put the customer first so they walk out feeling good about their purchase. Again the word that comes to mind is patience. Thank you Don Ayres team. 1st class service all the way around! They have been very responsive and I was very impressed by everyone I met at the dealership and how helpful they were (even on a Saturday morning)!! And so far, very happy with the car we purchased at Don Ayres Acura!

Working with Daniel was as smooth and easy as can be! No pressure at all and the perfect example of “service with a smile”. I was looking for a 2022 Acura MDX Tech package and test drove the one we saw online, but there were things about the car that didn’t win me over. We checked 2 more Acuras - a base model and an A-Spec model. The A-spec was beautiful but the price was outside my budget. Daniel worked his magic with the manager, came out and shook my hand, and said the A-Spec was ours! I prayed for guidance on this car hunt and I’m so glad we were led to Don Ayres! Thanks for all your help, Daniel!!! A+ all around!!! Highly recommend Don Ayres Acura dealership. ???

Great experience doing business with the team at Don Ayers Acura. Our Sales Consultant, PJ Dean provided an easy, no hassle buying experience even though we were two hours away. PJ removed all road blocks and made the process of trading in our TLX for an MDX the smoothest auto transaction we've experienced. The Service team ensured quick installation of accessories and evaluation of the trade. Sales & Finance Manager, Shawn Trice, assisted us with the paperwork and we took delivery within 60 minutes of our arrival. This can only be done with strong leadership and dedicated contributors.If you're not local to Fort Wayne, I suggest you make the drive and go work with this team - you will be extremely satisfied!

This was my first service appointment since purchasing my MDX and I was extremely pleased with how friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful the service writer was.He estimated 1-1.25 hours for the oil change and tire rotation, and said they will also sweep the inside and wash the outside . They had it finished exactly within that time frame!Also, since it was snowing that afternoon, he went over the weather alerts on my car as he knew I was driving back to Ohio.Superb A++ customer service!!!
