This is a great place to go for storage . It is clean , secure and well managed. The manager here always goes above and beyond to help me and make me feel valued as a customer. The prices are fair and the service is top notch. I would never go anywhere else.

Clean secure and not overly priced for what you get. Any question I ever had were answered to the fullest. Would recommend time and time again and would be a customer there again if ever need be.

Got a unit on May 6th. Moved out on November 7th. They charged me for the whole month, no pro rate, don't do business with these people. Legalized theft anyone?

My experience with the Lima Road storage facility was fantastic. The manager and their customer service were excellent. The facility is super clean, I had access 24 hours a day, paying online was great too given I was over 2.5 hours away most of the time. Just an overall great experience. I highly recommend the Lima Road storage facility. Thanks a million. Chris
