They leave for hours on end. I waited 35 minutes and then had to leave after it kept up a “back in 20 mins” sign up.

Buyers beware! GameStop is a joke. No wonder they are going out of business everywhere. I bought a Xbox controller 3 days ago with a $50 GameStop gift card and $15 off my debit card and came in to return it with receipt! Wouldn’t give me refund or in store credit! Pathetic business practice. Truly a scam!

Good place to come to pick up a new system. These guys are video gamer Gods. Very informative place with my video game questions and curiosity . Place will get you in and out quick. Don't want to stay to long I'm not on the clock! Suckers!!!!!!!! Good place to grab a PS5 or Xbox system and bolt. Nice place though

Waited in line for 45 minutes while the two workers talked to every single person about their transactions. The manager was at least trying to upsell GameStop benefits. The white haired guy, Chris, was talking to each person about his favorite aspects of different games. People just wanted to buy products and leave, but they couldn't without discussing their choices with either worker. Customers were noticably uncomfortable when they couldn't finish their transactions without hearing a tangent from either worker. Average transaction per customer felt at least 8-10 minutes long, while there were at least 20 people in line. I haven't ever had a store put me in such a bad mood. There are other GameStops in Ft. Wayne. Choose a different one and avoid the interrogation at the mall.
