Best GameStop by far, Chris is by far the best employee I have dealt with at this location. I submit cards here usually monthly, and he is the only one to offer me my pre order money back after no one else helped me out. Made my day! Thank you!

Love their service. Managers aren’t the best but no one is perfect and they are normally stocked with minimal service issues.

Went to get a game but guy had just closed the store. Store closes at 8pm and I was there at 7:30pm. Guy came to the door and was very rude. Lost out on a sell. I will do business elsewhere.

My partner and I arrived at 7:48 pm (store closes at 8) and as we walked into the store to purchase a game we already had in mind, we were rudely greeted by the employee saying that the store was closing in 6 minutes so we had to leave. We responded and said that we knew exactly what we wanted and where to locate it, we asked if there was time to purchase it. The staff member did not respond and turned his back to us. I asked him again if that was okay. He responded by only saying “sure” with a sigh. Not 15 seconds later, another group entered saying they had just come from the GameStop at Glenbrook and were told that the Lima location had the game they wanted. The employee looked at them said in a rude manner the store was closing in 5 minutes and they needed to leave (the time was 7:52 pm). The group said they had travelled to this store just to purchase the game. The employee refused them and they walked out. My partner found the game he wanted but did not feel comfortable purchasing the game due to how rude the staff member had been to us and the other party. We did not appreciate how rude the staff member had been. It was pathetic.

My son had issues with a game he had pre-ordered and Ben happily resolved the issue quickly and my son was on his way to enjoying his game in no time!

The Manager of the store Rachel was very professional and calm even though the store had several customers. The store looked great as well. This is going to be my store from now on.

After the experience I had at the Jefferson rd store I figure I try my luck here. I got helped by Christian and that was a great experience with him. He knew exactly what to do and was though the whole time. He was very friendly He definitely knows what it takes to serve us customers!

Bought a drone on clearance, the cashier did not inform me that not only was the item final sale and not returnable, but the drone didn’t even come with a remote! I asked the cashier who confidently told me that it came with a remote. Tried to return it 2 days later and they just said sorry we can’t do anything for you, guess I’m not gonna shop local stores anymore. Amazon it is.
