I came in today and everyone was so nice helping me place a order online and continually try things on and getting me sizes. And everyone was dressed so nicely and according to the store. Now my favorite place to shop. Cant say enough great things about it

Employees are behind cashier counter ON THEIR PHONES, socializing amongst themselves, did not greet one person that came through the door. Terrible customer service.

This is a great mall to go to, my favorite store is the walking company, I went in looking for a comfortable pair of shoes and Quincy helped me find exactly what I needed, I been wearing these shoes and walking all over without any pain, thank you Quincy for being so kind, knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me. Your a valuable asset to this company.

I rarely if ever write up reviews of any company but here’s this one. I look at my recipe and it says that I bought 3 items when I only bought 2, well there’s a BAG FEE! Its not very much but... they never told me that I’d have to pay for a cheap plastic bag.

This place used to be amazing. It's now starting to feel a bit "ghetto". I never go on Friday or Saturday nights as I am actually a bit fearful with some of the suspicious characters milling about.

Daughter and I went in tonight, the few girls working clearly were talking about us through their headsets. They were laughing and then stopped when we got close enough by them to hear what they were saying. It was really rude and awkward.

Took my 14 year old granddaughter there to look for some very specific LOL jeans and they had those plus a lot more. Have great sales. Highly recommended.

I have been going to this mall since I was in my teens and this was back in the late 1980's an tbh with all the changes it seems to be less worthy of my time unless I take a walk or 2 around the mall. I remember when there was 2 Arcades, skating rink, a place where $4 could get you a heaping plate of french fries, music stores, the only thing that seemingly has not changed is the fountain by jc penny's! The mall seems more kiddy to female oriented anymore then anything!

What's not to love? A great place to get out and get off the butt and go take you a nice walk in this climate controlled mall. Everything you could think of here, businesses, food court, you name it the mall has it. My favorites are the food court area, love some of the options you can choose from, Chick-fil-A, Sbarro's, Panda express, you name it they probably have it! Nice place to come for a walk and just let it all hang out, take that relaxing walking in the mall, go in circles and go crazy it's free too! I like that part don't you? So many stores, Len Crafters,JCpenny's, Macy's, GNC, Dairy Queen.

Parking lot needs cleaned badly on 12/26/18. Parked north side in lot in front of Barnes and Noble. The parking lot was beat up and trash everywhere on the walk in.
