They have my meds ready even before I call for a refill and they offer compliance/dose packs so it's easier to remember. Staff is always friendly

The professional and friendly pharmacist is no longer at this pharmacy. But the tech that works there, still is and definitely needs to be replaced. She is extremely rude and not knowledgeable at all about anything. This tech will make you want to change pharmacies.

The techs and pharmacists are always completely rude, just like all the other Genoa Pharmacy are. You would be better off finding a better place to get your meds then dealing with this and any Genoa Pharmacy. And without second guessing yourself.
