The staff was very friendly and helpful. They truly made the process so smooth. The work they did on my vehicle was immaculate. They charged a fair price and completed the work in a very timely manor. I highly recommend.

This is exactly what I expected from a customer standpoint. Great all around. Timely with good updates throughout. From the initial visit to the pickup. I don't know how it could have been better.

During the most recent snow a few days ago, I had an issue with my drivers side window not going back up. It's cold, snowing heavily, and I had my 17 month old daughter and pregnant wife in the car. An unacceptable situation. I stopped by Gerber on Illinois and told them my issue. The general manager had my family come in stay warm while he had his top tech look over the car. The young woman at the front counter was so nice and helpful and even made sure my daughter had something more kid freindly to watch while we waited.
After about half an hour they had the window back up and the issue found and fixed. When asked what my bill was they told me no-charge. I was astonished that businesses like this still exist in the world. It made me proud to be from the area. As far as I'm concerned, that one day will give Gerber my business, and my friends business for life. If I could give more stars I most definitely would.

I called Gerber Collision and spoke with John. I had questions regarding the frame dimensions of my vehicle and he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Great customer service! Highly recommended. Thank you John!

I couldn't be anymore happier with the service I received from Gerber!! The fix to my sunroof was not an easy one but they did such a great job, kept me updated along the way and even detailed my vehicle. It smelled and looked better than ever and my sunroof works like a dream. Stephanie did such a great job! Most of all, the customer service was top notch! I can't remember the woman's name working the front desk at the Illinois location but she was amazing and so hopeful. Give her a raise!!!!

I will never go here to get an estimate again. John is was completely disconnected this time during our follow up for my car repairs.
Said one thing the first time I went there and completely different the next time I go back there had it all set to get my car fixed. He didn’t have everything on the quote that needed to be repaired.
He left some major parts off of it and then the estimate to fix my hood while I was there would chit chatting the first time waiting for a quote gave a rough estimate on touch up spot paint to only be about $300- $400 to add that on but when I go back to get it all set it’s suddenly jumps to $750 on paper.
TOTAL waste of time total waste of time total waste of time!!!!!

I hit a pothole today and decided to stop by to see if they could give me advice on what I needed to do for a piece of my undercarriage that was hanging down. A gentleman came out to look and asked if I had a few minutes, they could zip tie it back up. I said sure. A few minutes later, they totally fixed it and sent me on my way. It was quick and they were so nice and helpful. Great place and I will not hesitate to go back. Thanks!

I'm very please with the body work that was done on my vehicle. It looks like the day it roll off the assembly line. Outstanding work. Everyone was professional and polite. They even clean my car inside. ? I will do business with them again. Thank you guys again. I'm a happy customer.

Well where can I start. I had high hopes since this is where my insurance told me to go. I wish I had taken it elsewhere. Delay, after delay just to save a buck and lie, after lie from management. Their customer service is completely lacking and honestly I don’t understand how they stay in business. I would not recommend going here, honestly stay away from any Gerber location.
