Nice place for pickup load ,give them call ahead ,from 930 route make turn on broadway go south make right turn to Taylor street,make left on Brooklyn and they are on the left side big yard on the back side of the building

Cashiers are cheerful and quite helpful. Clean facility and a pretty varied selection.

The store itself was well organized and clean but at check out, an item that is listed on their price list for 7.99 was rung up for 19.95 and when I asked about the price the response was rude and unprofessionally dismissive.

I've always loved this store because they have the sweetest employees .They are usually so helpful .One bad apple always spoils them all as I've always heard .The older lady with the painted brows and shaved mullet is extremely rude .I won't be back until she moves along.She probably won't be there long ,unless they are " scared of her . Life is too short to walk on eggshells around some of these Goodwill employees .Jefferson St.Goodwill has a couple of employees that act like they hate the world also.Do better Goodwill,there are a lot of thrifting options out there besides you .I have been a lifelong Goodwill shopper .From the looks of your shelves and racks , greed and rudeness are hurting you . Use some of your round up donations to train your employees on customer service . Has she been fired so I can shop at your store again?#firethathatefulcheckoutperson

We were in town for a girls weekend and stopped at this Goodwill. I bought several pieces of clothes and a funky sign. The cashier Linda was awesome and funny. The store was very neat and organized and had nice quality stuff.

This is the only time i have ever felt it was necessary to write a bad review. Your lady working the register was extremely rude to me. I never once complained about prices until she made the statement “wow you are really going to buy this tiny little thing for $5.99” Mind you, you guys also had another tank top in there with a clearance sticker from it’s original store tagged $6 and yall were selling it for $5.99. I informed her that yall are the ones who be pricing your items. Goodwill is no longer a place for good deals. she tried arguing with me that they did have good deals even though SHE STARTED THIS CONVERSATION BY IMPLYING I WAS DUMB FOR BUYING A TANK TOP YOU PRICED. Also she told me that i just “didn’t know how to find good deals” Maybe bring back your $1 shirts. Anyway, don’t recommend this place not even because of the prices but more so the staff will judge you for buying things for the price they put on it.

Very nice workers very nice workers they're always so friendly nice point you in the right direction they have great clothes the problem is the prices I have went up so high that I can literally just buy the stuff at Walmart it is just absolutely they need to come down on their prices
