Goodwill has gotten pricy, for what they want for some of this old beat up junk, I could have bought new. Plus playing Christian music was enough to end my visit quick.

I would consider this Goodwill to be the most organized and cleanest of the Goodwill options in Fort Wayne. However, the prices on items are beyond reasonable. You can see the picture attached that the suitcase they are selling for $60(!!!) is in poor shape with pockets torn and wildly overpriced. I went next door to Ross and bought a brand new suitcase for $65. It was bigger and more durable than this one for only $5 more. You will find good items here, but just pray and hope that its item tag color is the one that is on sale that week. Otherwise, there are wiser ways to spend your money that are a much better value.

Rudest employees I've encountered in a long time. Turned off the lights at 5:40 and treated the customers like they were herding cattle. Go to the Franciscan Center where the employees are kind. This place deserves to go out of business. Overpriced too.

As others noted, this location has much higher prices than expected for absolutely no reason. It's small, not the best organized, lacks items I'm used to finding in quantity elsewhere like vinyl records and glassware. Did note they expertly put all matching glasses together which is rare! That should be a must do for all Goodwill layouts. I still nabbed two nice large glass stein mugs that didn't have any issues. But alas as with some other Goodwill stores, even some damaged things were still priced like they were in excellent form.

This goodwill is 80% clothing. Not a good place for home goods

Today may 27th, I went in to return a pair of pants I had bought 6 days prior. Never worn, didn’t even take them out of the bag. The manager was extremely rude, wouldn’t return them because there was no tag. When I explained to her I never even took them out of the bag I just descided I did not want them. She’s insinuated I was lying, because there was no possibility I had purchased them with out a tag. I understand not being able to return an item but the rudeness wasn’t necessary. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Absolute trash. You can buy the used items they have for less BRAND NEW for the same price or less.Whoever is pricing things in that store needs to be more responsible with the items you are getting for FREE!
