Bought a lot on the goodwill action in Fort Wayne. States shirts had no stains or issues. In the picture the shirts were folded so they looked to be fine. Got the lot home and one shirt had several holes and others had stains. They said they would return it and I got no apologies or anything. No gift card for me having to drive stuff all the way back. Now they said they’re missing a hat that I don’t even remember seeing. Now they said they can give me part return. This is crazy. I drove a half hour there and back home for items that should have never been sold. I understand things happen but this lot had several issues. How can I get my money back without wasting more time

Scammed me out of $108 by listing an Atari 8 gaming system online which I purchased for my parents, The system was listed as "Excellent Condition" When in reality the controllers were non-functioning leaving the game system unplayable yet the people at Goodwill have repeatedly blamed me for purchasing the game even though they stated it as in "Excellent Condition".Now here 4 days before Christmas with no gift for my parents and I am being treated horribly by Goodwill for trusting in the wording on the add they put together! where now I believe it was a purposeful attempt at misleading whoever was interested in this game. All of these units online that had non-working controllers are in the $30 to $50 range, they sold this in the hundred dollar range which is where full functioning units are usually priced. With their terminology of an "excellent condition" and the Hefty price tag was fully meant to mislead me into the purchase...These are not good people to deal with use Extreme Caution when dealing with Goodwill they will go out of their way to take advantage of customers.
