Giving 2 stars because the selection is decent and store is clean.
However.....
This store has the rudest, grumpiest older lady with shoulder length gray hair that works front registers and has been this way for years for no reason. If she hates customers so much i suggest putting her in the back to sort etc. Very unpleasant experience anytime visiting. Brash, short and belittling. I feel gross when i leave.

We were here last Sunday, Feb.18, at 4pm. One hour before closing. Woman wouldn't let us come in because they were CLOSED already??? Maybe you should update your hours!!

Way overpriced. $6 for a book? Who goes to Goodwill to pay that much? And nothing in the store is worth much because they cherry pick the best stuff for their online auction website. I'm not sure why anyone shops or donates here. It's pure greed.

Insane prices. A lot of the items here you can get brand new on Amazon for less. Pretty crazy when you remember they get everything in their store for free, and don't have to pay taxes because they're a "nonprofit". Worst Goodwill I've ever been to.

Visited recently and the smell (urine?) is very strong. Didn’t stay long because it smelled so bad. I used to like this location but it’s definitely gone down hill.

Instant smell of urine in this store, and not just in one spot. The entire store smelled like a very smelly nursing home.While we were checking out, the cashier with a purple little bun was rude to customers who didn't speak English. Not so much her words but how she said them. The two ladies couldn't understand the pricing of an item and the cashier was just a j*** about it.I found a pair of platform shoes I got for an outfit for an upcoming concert, but other than that I would not and didn't want to touch or buy anything in this store.

For somewhere named goodwill, this location sure is greedy. They have shoes from target and Walmart in very used conditions marked “boutique” and priced at $10-$15 when new probably cost $15 to begin with. Way to help the community. They should’ve stuck with one price for everything unless it’s truly “designer”.

Usually great service at this goodwill. Today, not so much. Young woman at the front was rude and condescending. Everyone was busy so I reached behind to throw some trash away. She became confrontational instead of asking nicely. There were many different ways in which she could've asked, but instead chose to be rude. I chose to match energy.
