Joe was great on giving us an a quote over the phone, letting us know about the Goodyear rebate, and explaining how to get their credit card. Our new tires ride smoother and are quieter. We are looking forward to our free rotations. Thank You.

Very poorly run. I show up for a service and the guy who is supposed to do it, is not even there. So I wait an hour and a half for something that takes 10 min to do….
So I am supposed to be on time to my appointment, but the person who does the service is not………interesting….
Now, if these folks came to my business and I was 20 min behind, would they be upset (my experience says yes) . Or if they wait 10 min in the drive-through, would they be upset……what do you think…..🤔
P.S. Now a Goodyear person will respond and say “sorry” and how much they “care about customers”……well, it’s easy to say “sorry”. It requires no real effort or expense….words mean little online, actions show your true priorities….

The team went above and beyond what is considered good service. We were visiting from out of country and ran into an issue with a soft tire losing air. It was late on a Saturday and we were leaving the next night. The team not only diagnosed the issue promptly but contacted another location to obtain a new tire and installed it even though it was past closing time. You were a life-saver and we could not thank you enough for your kindness and support. We would rate you higher if we could. Thanks again.

I would like to note, that we had one of our cars here in for service. My sister brought it in, drove an hour away to us. And had 2-4 lug nuts fall off. One lug nuts per wheelset, eventually fell off. I called and they said "we will make note if there was no lugnuts before it came in on wheels" (which was never noted at all) I know damn well it had all lug nuts prior. Thats pretty hazardous to leave lugnuts not torqued to spec lol. But pop off guys.

Went in because my right rear tire has a knocking sound and I didn't know what was causing the problem. They offered a free brake inspection. The mechanic went above and beyond to video the problem under the car. Although they gave me an estimate on the cost of new tires, they never charged me for the inspection and gave me a referral to another full service garage better equipped to do the repairs I need. Appreciate their kindness.

Today my daughter unfortunately got a piece of metal through the inner sidewall of her tire. The tire being a "Goodyear assurance finesse" she called this location and was told by a lady sales staff, "I think that's a walmart only tire" So I look it up online and I most definitely can get that tire and have it installed at this location. BUT NOW I have a confidence problem. If you don't know your own brand of tires, why should I trust you to work on my car. BTW... Belle tire can have that tire at there store this afternoon.... You lost another customer..

I couldn’t find tires my size anywhere in town and lucked out that Goodyear had some in stock for me. Quinton got me right in and back on the road in no time ! The service I received was excellent and I will be using Goodyear for my tires exclusively from here on out. I highly recommend them to anyone! If you are looking for quick and friendly service choose Goodyear on Coldwater rd! :)

I have been buying tires & getting auto service at the Goodyear store on Coldwater Road in Fort Wayne for many years and I have always been pleased. Today I was just there for an oil change & tire rotation and as always the service was great! A special thanks to Michelle & Quinn who assisted me today and please keep up the good work.

Been here twice to have an alignment job done. Both times they did not fix the camber specification. This time, they refused fixing the alignment completely, even though they have been paid twice to fix the alignment for the same reason. -1.1* is out of specification and will cause uneven wear on the tires. This is the type of mechanic shop to keep you returning so keep money flowing from your pocket into their. After this, I now take my vehicles to McMahons Best-One Tire & Auto Care in New Haven on US930. They took care of my vehicle without hesitation.

Went there twice for a repair on my alignment, and it wasn’t even fixed the first time. It was driving the same as when I first baught my car.Even when I went the 2nd time nothing was fixed. Don’t recommend them. Not a good place to go. Now I keep getting denied for any repairs I have.
