The lady that did my hair must be either deaf or can't count, because I asked her, LOUD AND CLEAR, for a number 4 on the sides and back, and a 5 on top...... she did a number 2 on the sides, and a number 3 on top. On top of all of that, it costed 25 dollars (not including tip)!

Usually when I go here the lady knows what I want. Went this time explained what I was looking for and then did what she wanted. Went home and restyled my hair.

A little late posting this but, if you want a great haircut, ask for Stacy!! Got my hair cut on Saturday. Stacy is really nice and she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted!! I love it!!
Will definitely have her cut my hair from now on!! Thanks again Stacy!!

Husband went to get a haircut here and the whole train wreck took 45 minutes. The stylist he was given was obviously
new and misheard the phone number twice and name once, even asking if the account was under a different number. The stylist wouldn't speak up for him to hear her very well, she was very timid and obviously uncomfortable with the work she was doing.The rest of the staff kept playing cards and making jokes around or next to my husband instead of offering to help to get him out of the store after over 30 minutes into the haircut. Other patrons came in after he arrived and were done in a much shorter time. Even after all that, he went to pay, he paid, and then they had to track him down into the parking lot after he already paid because the transaction didn't go through. He went back to pay, but this whole interaction was INCREDIBLY unprofessional. We WILL NOT return.

My boyfriend came back home from Great Clips with a chop job in the back a couple of days ago. He told me that he asked for his hair to be rounded off in the back & what he got was a high straight across amish cut. He had no clue his hair looked like that until I took pictures on my phone & showed him. His response was that he even tipped the person cause usually they do a pretty good job. We've been going to Great clips for years now at the same location & this has never happened until recently. I dont know if theres a new person working there now but we will not be going back. If I could give zero stars, I would. It was embarrassing for him to walk around like that not knowing that his hair was cut like that.
