I brought my son in for his first haircut. His hair was below his shoulders. I showed her what I wanted, long EVEN on top and shorter sides. She gave him a Karen haircut with 2 in pieces sticking up on top and heavy layers all the way around. I’m in tears about it. I went here because it had good reviews. I would not recommend at all.

I never get on here and leave reviews but this was my tipping point.
Took my son to get his hair cut for school picture. We took a picture in for them to go off of and had it on display the entire time Amy cut his hair. She insisted his top of his head needed trimmed to look like the picture and ended up taking half his length off instead of trimming it. Then instead of giving him a tapper she gave him a fade. She didnt even blend it together. I wish I could figure out how to post pictures with reviews because you would see its nothing like the photo we showed her. Then on top of that when we were.looking over to make sure his sides matched one lady shuts off the lights and says we are closed we are leaving. How rude can you get seriously. I showed Amy one side was longer than the other wasn't blended well she had to go turn the lights back on. When she so called touched up the area I asked she came back and said I kept going over it but its not cutting. I finally just said I'll do it at home. Then the other lady shut off the light again as I was in the middle of trying to pay. Amy was nice but was rushing to leave. We did go in 45 min before close but they could have said hey we have 2 others we cant do it. Don't take a late last minute cute if your going to rush and be rude. I usually tip 15 min on cuts but I tipped my bare min which is 5 because of the poor and rude service. I honestly shouldn't have tipped anything or paid for the cut. Very disappointed.

The manager, Ann, always does a fantastic job and she makes sure her staff does an amazing job as well. This is the only Great Clips we will ever go to for a haircut.

Told my stylist, (Kaylee?) what I wanted, she suggested a small change, then proceeded to cut all my hair off, starting from the back so there was nothing to stop her from giving me the exact same cattle in-and-out, 10 minute haircut GC is famous for—a super basic poor fade (chopped/crooked in the back). Stopped going to Great Clips from a similar experience, learned my lesson this time. I left a gracious tip because I’m not a monster, despite the monster-looking chopped mess that’s on my head now. Fix it for free? You can’t uncut hair. Terrible. Walmart salons do a better job.

I needed a haircut, and a coupon popped up on my Facebook in the morning. I've never been to Great Clips, so I decided to give them a try. I was VERY PLEASANTLY surprised.
Went in without an appointment and was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Lora gave me a wonderful haircut, according to my wife. (I'm an old man -- what do I know!)
Thanks, Lora. I look forward to seeing you next time I need a haircut.

Tgis is the second time i went to this great clips. I was on the riad and coyld get online to sign in. Went in had 25 minute wait. I was ok with that. 50 minites later and they took a person who signed in online before me i left.
Great clips is a shame and disorganized. Bad customer service and can be manipulated to screw the people there.

This is one of the better Great Clips.
Even when they're busy, as long as you book online, the wait is tolerable.
The quality of their stylists atr also pretty decent.
