I visited the Great Clips on Maplecrest last Thurs for a "trim". My healthy dk brown hair was butchered! The sides are so short that I cannot do anything with it! My scalp shows and I am embarrassed to go out! A young girl with her hair pulled back cut my hair! Cannot wait for it to grow!! Bought vitamins to help it grow!! Maureen

Was there on Saturday for a haircut. First thing I noticed was how clean and professional looking everything was, including the employees. "Misha" was my cosmetologist. She gave me the most perfect bob! I know there seems to be a stigma with going to Great Clips for haircuts, but honestly, this particular establishment stands out way above all other Great Clips I have been to. 10 stars!

The location of this shop is close to my house, which is a plus and I love on-line checkin. Charles always does such a good job on my haircut. I wish there was some way to see if the stylist that you want is working that day without having to call. It takes time for someone to stop and answer the phone. Other than that I LOVE being able to get haircuts even in another state and them know what I want from the notes.

Haircuts are fine. The store on Maplecrest doesn’t have the online appts but it does t tell you that. I tried all morning only to find out this location doesn’t do?. It should state that on the website.

Love this place. The one and few that I've never had a long wait. Come in get my hair cut and leave. Good conversation while getting my hair done.

Got right in and the staff was very friendly. It was clean and I took in a picture from the Internet and I got my hair cut just like it! Helpful staff. Will definitely be back!

I do not leave bad reviews but this is awful. I got a haircut from a guy named mike . He did not listen to what I wanted, what I paid for. He did not give me layers and I said 1 inch max off my hair, he cut 4 inches off and I swear he cut my hair like his. I not only hate my hair but it tore down my self esteem and makes me hate myself. Listen to your customers!!! I'll never get a haircut again after he traumatized me.
