Jerry is a very meticulous hair professional. He has cut my hair twice. He is a great conversationalist. I believe he is multilingual which should make him as asset to Great Clips. I hope he is there and cuts my hair next time.

I had my hair cut about a month ago and the lady that cut it didn't layer it my hair is uneven I am not happy with it I have short and long hair I will never go back their again they took my money I'm gonna have to go somewhere else to get it straighten out

I could tell the girl doin my hair didn't feel comfortable doin my hair, she told the other girl she might want to take me because of something I couldn't hear why. The other girl said u just got to do something, didn't hear y or what.. I will go back when regular ladies are there

Horrible experience. Woman who did my hair never asked me what I wanted. I had to tell her quickly as she was ready to just start cutting. So much of my hair was cut off and I told her I was unhappy. The response was “well doesn’t it feel better?” It took me years to grow it as long as it did and I’m very upset it’s gone without even asking me if it was okay to cut that much off.

I told her that i wanted it 2 inches and it is much longer and my hair doesnt lay flat. Sucks this time.. for real. Very disappointed!!!
