So we decided to give this place a try for my son‘s haircut. Unfortunately the notes from the other great clips did not make it into this system. My son couldn’t really describe how he wanted his haircut, but they did the best that they could. When he was done, he still had a bunch of hair stuck to his face, and the haircut was OK and serviceable but not really amazing. It definitely was very busy this Saturday so make sure to check in online.

I walked in and noticed they had three stylists working. So I asked, “do you have time for a walk-in?” The lady answered cheerfully, “of course!” and I thought I saw one of the others nods silently.
Three people came and went. When the slow lady finished her cut, I stood up so I could be next, but she called the next scheduled person.
DONT SAY YOU HAVE TIME FOR A WALK-IN IF YOU DO NOT!
As I walked out with the finished customer I noticed his cut was laughably crooked. So I guess I dodged misfortune.

Moved to Ft Wayne 3yrs ago and always used Great Clips in Muncie before my move. Great staff and very friendly. Only once with a new stylist was i not happy. Been happy every other time since.

Stylists are fine but the online check in system they use through the app is terrible. Find a better way to let your customers schedule appointments Great Clips

The workers were super nice But I asked the stylist to cut my hair shorter and she refused because she thought it Would be a bad idea. I wanted to be able to pull my hair back into a ponytail and have pieces fall out, but she said that she wasn’t gonna cut it that short. I asked for layers and the layers looked amazing, but I’m very upset. She didn’t cut the curtain bangs short enough. 😡

Gotten expansive for a cheap cut. $20 for a kids cut that took 5 minutes seems a bit steep

Oh my goodness, I found a gold mine!! I absolutely love the staff here, and the sweet lady who cut and styled my son's hair did an AMAZING job!!! He looks so handsome!!! She was so good with him too.
