They did an excellent job on my 5th Gen iPad Air screen replacement! I found a place I can trust and where the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend CPR for all of your electronics repair needs!

They were quick to replace my battery and that is functioning great.
However, upon getting home and testing some things out the next day I noticed my camera is making a buzzing sound and shakes and can’t focus. Also calls are now dropping. I called in and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. At which I hung up and had to go in. I then found out the tech for IPhones was not working that’s day. So I have to wait and see if they can fix it.
As an Apple Certified Repair store I would expect that they would be able to replace a battery without causing more issues.
Will update if things change with their customer service and technicians ability to fix the new issues they caused.
As of April 2025 the repairs they made to fix the camera and battery worked.
As of May 2025 both battery and camera are no longer recognized by Apple. Will be filing a small claims court lawsuit.

They use aftermarket part which was not mentioned when I gave it and this is what I think is worst part of service or may it was just not told to me which guy was referring he usually tells people it’s after market parts . why would I spend 130$ for $50 valued phone , also they close at 6 PM which I think is way too early for any business. But they definitely say that on bill that’s spare part used is after market and bills comes after you have paid , that’s other story. If you don’t care OEM parts being used then it’s good quality in terms of work or finish.
