Lesley was great, she made me feel comfortable & her attention to detail was immaculate!
She asked several questions throughout the appointment to make sure I was getting exactly what I envisioned.
Everyone who worked there was kind and welcoming, and the salon itself was clean and cute!
Definitely will return and recommend to others.

I have long, straight hair, which I only get cut once every year and a half or so. This is the first time since I moved here that I’ve needed to get a haircut. This little place is just down the street from my home and so I decided to check it out.
They were able to get me in at the end of the week on a Saturday morning. I was taken care of immediately by a lovely chatty lady. She told me that she and many of the other hairstylist had worked there for many years.
I got a straight, blunt cut with a shampoo. I did not have them blow dry my hair. I will definitely be back for my next haircut in about a year and a half!

Des did amazing!! I have curly hair and an aversion to change, so its hard to find a stylist sometimes and I absolutely love that she dry cut my curls and talked me through the whole process. It helped ease my anxiety so much !!!
I went in wanting something drastic and edgy and I'm in love :) it turned out so funky and cool. I will definitely be going back in the future. Ask for Des ❤️

I normally don’t do reviews but feel this needs to be known. I scheduled an appt (I have been here before and left a $30 tip btw) and was happy to try again. When I got there the stylist I was given on the phone wasn’t who they sent me to. I asked where to go and she said “over there”, the salon is like 2 different sections. So I take a seat…for 50, yes 50 minutes. There were 3 stylists “over there” and I didn’t know which one was the one to do my hair and 2 stylists had people the whole time coming and coming and 1 completely left and there wasn’t a single person who said a word to me the whole time. Can I help you? You’ve been sitting awhile, who’s your stylist? Nothing. I wear my heart on my sleeve and if I would of talked to management, I would’ve started crying just because I’m an emotional person. I literally was completely overlooked. I walked out the door and not a word. No need to respond, Hair Affair, I won’t be back just know that your salon could do better.

I'm giving three stars because the salon made it right, but I have to say I was extremely unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and downright immaturity I experienced with the stylist they matched me up with. To be straight up ignored and then passive aggressively restricted on social media (despite me being very kind, patient and respectful when asking for a color correction. I waited almost three days after not hearing back from the stylist after letting her know the morning after I got my hair done..But instead of just texting me back in a timely manner or at least acknowledge that I wasn't happy)caused me to have to contact the salon directly a handful of times about the issue I was having while sitting with a botched color for days (and by the way, my hair has never been "resistant" to toner before in the six years I've maintained a white blonde shade),was more stress than I needed added to my life right now. Like I said, I'm grateful for how they made it right but I'm still really upset that I trusted a new stylist just to have this experience by a professional and someone older than me. I am not the kind of person to name names and smear them on the internet for all to see, but I just hope that the stylist sees this and that she doesn't treat another client this way.Because if you make a mistake, or even if you feel you didn't, just at least say something. Don't ignore and run away and hide.

I was looking for a new place to get a hair cut called here and made an appt. Got there 10 mins early and was told the stylist I was scheduled with wasnt there. Red flag number one. 10 mins after my appt time another lady takes me back to a room to wet my hair. The room was dirty and smelled strongly of urine. After she wets my hair another lady comes and tells her we have to move to another room. So she gives me a towel and tells me to go to the other room and have a seat while she goes and talks to the lady. I walk in the room there is hair all over both the chairs and all over the floor. Then she comes in and I complain about the hair, she then starts to clean and I tell her Im going to leave. She then has the nerve to ask me if I want to reschedule. Ummm NO! If you are looking for a new place as I was KEEP on looking!!
