If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have previously went to the store to buy remi hair extensions. I bought the hair and had it installed by my hairstylist. The remi hair did great! I wore them for 3 months and even went to the ocean in them. I went back to this store April 17th to get longer extensions. I wanted the Remi brand again but, the guy at the front desk insisted to get a different brand. The hair he had me buy instead felt great for the first few days I had it installed. I had the sewn in extensions done on May 1st and my hair is already extremely dry. I’ve applied hair oil once to twice a day. I also put my hair in a braid every single night. Not to mention, every time I brush my hair, my hairbrush is full on hair. I eventually had the thought that these extensions might be synthetic. I used to wear synthetic clip ins so I know how they feel after awhile. I even did the burn test on a strand of hair and it definitely was synthetic. I went to the store today and walked in very calmly to ask for a refund. I had told the guy at the front desk that my hair felt extremely dry and that I’ve been taking great care of it. I also mentioned that I’ve oiled it every day and even put it up when I slept. I even showed him the hair that I wore for months and it still felt better than the hair I have installed now. He had told me that “you don’t know how synthetic feels” and “if you knew it was synthetic, then why’d you buy it”. He would not give me a refund since “it’s not packaged.” If you’re going to shop at this store, make sure you look up what you’re getting because you will get ripped off.

I love this place for all my hair needs rather it be wigs, hats earrings....I call the one guy Trouble bc He's so funny yet very helpful & knowing of all in the store...Thxs Hair Plus

The owner and his son is always very kind. Whenever Ive come to the shop, I have a ton of stuff to get, they just help carry my items to the front, as I stock up. This is where I go, even if its on the complete opposite side of town.

I usually come here to purchase hair products and I purchased a draw string ponytail and it was the incorrect one so I brought it back to return since it was under 7 days, never opened and I paid with cash. I go up to the counter and the owner tells me that they don’t do returns on “Draw String” pony tails!! Their receipt says they don’t take returns on hair products. SO, I won’t be returning to this store which I’m sure they don’t care, BUT customers BEWARE that you can’t return hair to this store. Literally, NO HAIR can be returned and that’s how they get away with it by stating “Certain Hair” so then when you walk up they refuse all hair as a refund or exchange.

I'm a single father with 3 daughters, For me this place is heaven set. The family that owns it is always very nice and helpful and I believe they've been in the community for more than 20 plus years. I always enjoying having a quick conversation with the owner while my daughter's shop.

Wow this place is great!! They have a Huge selection of wigs and everything that goes with it. Also customer service was 100 times better than any of the other shops I went to. Stop by you will not be disappointed.
