“Today for the umpteenth time this year I needed to bother Agent Jodie who I refer to as “Angel Jodie” for yet another problem……
Insurance changes are stressful & having to file a claim when there is no form because the vendor ‘was suppose to handle that’ gave me more reason to stress. Jodie made the call & stayed on the line with me, together the 3 of us were able to resolve the issue & I await reimbursement on a claim. Thank you again Angel Jodie for coming to my rescue!!
