Hires has taken care of me multiple times. They have helped me with the utmost care and in a timely manner. I will always recommend Hires. Especially to work with Brian. He has always been nice and very helpful. There are places closer to my house. But they aren’t even close to being as good as Hires has to me. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Had a coupon for an oil change, called the S. Anthony location for an appointment, and the only available spots were late afternoon. So, I inquired about there express Oil and Lube on Lima Rd., and chose the alternative only to become aware that their advertised express service really does not exist. Make an appointment because you will be pissed as people coming in behind are placed ahead of you.

Speedy and attentive. Brian at the service counter has always been great to deal with. Been going to Hires for 12yrs now and have never had a bad experience. Great job there guys.!

Y’all did a great job with my oil change, super fast and the price was very reasonable. Don’t normally do reviews ever so I’d thought I’d leave one because the worker who helped me out did a great job, super nice dude too. I forget his name but shout out to that guy. He helped me out with my red Silverado truck a couple weeks ago
