I just want to thank the staff at Glenbrooke Square Mall today for keeping everyone safe!! My daughter and I were trying to get out running through the back tunnels to every exit sign we could find! The employees brought us in there stockroom keeping everyone safe and calm during this terrifying day!

Their google time states they close at 8pm but they close the doors at 5:58pm. I asked what time you guys open, the lady with attitude said, at noon instead of 11 am. Fix your timings on google please, that’s misleading for customers.

Who closes their fitting room at 7pm? It seems like every H&M I’ve been to is disappointing. I have gift cards that I don’t even want to spend here anymore.

The fitting rooms are now open and the store was more organized & cleaned up than the last 2 years since quarantine (more staff available) - yay! The person managing the fitting room was friendly and gave helpful hints to customers. It's a small H&M so don't expect many niche styles but the basics are usually available. I hope they start taking textiles for recycling again!
