Home Depot is a great store. 2 Stars for the delivery and setup teams they hire. Every single Appliance we have ordered was damaged, and or damaged our floors. Dented fridge, scratched dishwasher, dented washer. New Floors damaged, and rushed install every time. Order online and install yourself.

I’ve been very unhappy with their flooring department/carpet installation. I was not properly informed of measurements and seams and their floor diagrams are not clear that they are demonstrating seams. There was a seam placed in the middle of the highest traffic area of our house and it’s highly visible. I called immediately as soon as I saw the installers were laying the carpet that way. They will not fix the problem other than giving us a discount to pay for new carpet and replacement. There were many other issues with the way the carpet was installed but the installation company is owning up to mistakes and coming to fix those issues tomorrow. I will not purchase flooring from Home Depot again no matter how much cheaper it is. Go with a flooring company and not this big box store is my advice.

Joyce has no business at register 1, she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. I’m in Home Depot everyday in multiple states a week, worst cashier I’ve ever encountered, not to mention she barely can use the computer correctly.

Home Depot always has what I need but I don't want to go there due to them having their employees "help" you check out at the self checkout. Its... a SELF checkout. I've had this happen almost every time I go, but the worst was one about a month ago. Employee took the scanner OUT of my hand and the item I was purchasing OUT OF MY HAND as though I was a toddler who wasn't allowed to have a toy. Ridiculous that at a self checkout I'm hounded by employees that get in my way and do completely unnecessary extra steps that I could have done without them, they also rush you so if you wanted a drink out of the fridge you have to press the back button on the screen then scan. HD I love your store, don't make you employees hound the self checkout. Open more registers and let me choose.

Ordered a washer from home Depot 2 days before Christmas the delivery date was supposed to be January 3rd it is now January 15th and I still have not had my washer delivered at this point this is just bad service and I would like my money back now they're saying I have to wait days to get my money back so I can go somewhere and buy me

This place is great for the kids and at work out but besides that the staff is not very friendly or knowledgeable but if that’s lonely place that has the product that we need we will go there and hope we can find it. The app is OK but the in stock option doesn’t always have in stock stuff. 3 stars
