Love my local Hot Topic! They are nice and they always try to make things right if there's an issue. They will greet you and ask if you need help but they won't pester or bombard you which creates a safe atmosphere! I love that they can be themselves there whether that be shy or outgoing, I love the variety. I'm rather shy myself so its just nice to see that in a company!

It's completely unnecessary to give the customer so much grief just because they politely declined to give a phone number. Some customers aren't going to comfortable giving a phone number for a simple transaction, there is no need for the staff to be rude about it.

Overpriced,, hit or miss,, a lot of the stuff is probably made in a sweat shop but hey what do I know! The stuff here is cute and it's a great place to go if you wanna shop for band shirts
