“Everything is new and modern. Clean. Warm and professional greeting. Lobby actually looked like fun to hang out in. Water bottle filler on the way up to the room. Just off the interstate, near restaurants, and very close to where we were headed.”

“Loved our stay here! The only thing that could have made it even better was if Birdies was open. Birdies is a rooftop lounge and Restaurant that looked adorable but it didn't open until Wed.and we checked out Tues. I recommend this Hotel and give it 5 stars for service, food and atmosphere! Very nice people and very accommodating too. We will be back!!!”

“Front desk service did not communicate with housekeeping when you check out, then right back in when you extend your stay. Which cause room service to still try to enter the room. It's not the room services fault. It was the front desk.”

“Lovely place, inside and out, with spacious rooms and the good feeling that you are supporting the ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ while you enjoy the space. Our entire (small) church had a family retreat there 2 years ago, and hosted a district board meeting weekend there, as well as an event Healthy Minds = Healthy Churches. I highly recommend it!”

“Great hotel. Excellent customer service. Extremely nice room. Comfortable bed. Good pillows. Good shower pressure. Quiet. Multiple good choices/grocery store/gas close. Most of Ft Wayne’s hotels have horrible reviews, this was very good ratings and really affordable. Great job! Will stay Sharon. ”

“What an absolutely luxurious establishment! The valet parking was wonderful, and they took care of my 2022 Rolls Royce Phantom. They offered me an abundance of delicacies and some premium champagne as well! The beds, sheets, and pillows were all Louis Vuitton, and there was even a beautiful perch for my dog, who is a Samoyed that's worth $14,000. On top of that, they have a stunning casino, Olympic size pool, and a huge sauna! Did I mention the tv's were roughly 86 inches in stunning 8k Q-LED? I believe this place is miles better than the Beverly Hills Hotel or any Ritz Carleton, for that matter. If you get the once in a lifetime chance to go here, do it! Worth every penny.Rooms: As I mentioned, the rooms of this fine place are very well laid out, and everything is painstakingly thought out and even handcrafted! When you first step into any room, you will immediately smell luxury. There's simply no other way to describe it.”

“They need to have a 0 star! This was the worst hotel ever. I have never been to a hotel with mold, rat holes, dirty sheets, weed smelling, pee smelling, carpet nasty, dungeon looking etc. I was shown 3 different rooms and they looked the same. I advised the hotel attendant that I couldn't do it! This felt like a prank or a scary movie. This place need to be tore down or shut down.Rooms: just nastySafety: Did not feel safe physically or safelynasty environment”

“This is a good Hampton Inn. The room was clean and quiet. The layout of the suite was also good, with a separate bedroom and sitting room. A/C was a bit frustrating as the vents pointed straight at the beds and it was a bit noisy. Otherwise it was fine.Had all the usual facilities, gym, pool and good breakfast.”

“Very thankful for the super helpful young lady helping me at the front desk. None of the other hotels would take us because we are traveling with service dog. And they graciously got us a room and we're very nice and helpful about ”

“Rooms are spacious and clean. There's a fee for dogs to stay, which is unfortunate. I will stay at a different location if I am back in the area for a dog show where my dogs are with me. Parking lot was a mess, & there was garbage outside my door in a plastic sack. Unfortunately there are residents, and it was a bit noisy, but it quieted down by 10:00 p.m. I only got one bath towel and one washcloth in the room, no hand towels or bath mat. There was an outlet with two USB ports in the kitchen, but there were very few outlets overall in the room. I could not plug in my phone near the bed because there were no outlets. The TV worked great. The couch was comfortable. I only got two small pillows for the king size bed, and I had to get a blanket from my car. Air conditioner worked great. Fridge worked great. The office chair was quite nice. I will stay there again, but definitely not if I have to pay a fee for dogs.Food & drinks: Breakfast was not available in the morning, like it said on the website.”
