Slow and overpriced. The rep did not know how to download an email attachment and was very clunky moving around the programs, multiples even saying that she did not know where to go to retrieve some information. This made me lose confidence in their ability to file correctly and I do not feel she had gone over everything. I was not informed until the very end that this was considered a “complex filing” when I was handed the bill. Overall extremely disappointed with the service received.

Patty was rude and unprofessional. Poor representation of a national chain. Will not be visiting this branch due to her asking discriminating questions over the phone. I hope it was worth it, Patty.

Filed my taxes and its been over two months still nothing and i got on my account it says they have yet to approve and file my return but yet it says they have started transferring funds what the hell but when you call instead of looking at your account they just say they are behind.
