I am having the worst luck getting help with my taxes after one of the tax preparers completely missed turning in my W-2 for 2021. The managers change frequently and no one knows what the procedure is to correct this issue. I keep getting referred to other managers at other branches. I go to the other branches to be redirected. No one will help me. I have followed all the instructions and still no help or contact with anyone. Now it's 2023 and the IRS takes my returns due to this original issue. I never had any problems. But apparently when they mess up, you are not guaranteed any accuracy or accountability if they've done their job despite their slogans.
