This place is a scam. Had the most experienced lady say it’d be between $350 and $400, so we set an appointment. Then we come for the appointment and she said she tried calling us to say it’s actually $500. Didn’t receive any missed calls from the office. She gets really defensive and adamantly says she told us about it. We left to go to a better tax company.

Last 18 years we have used hr block and have always had a good tax experience.

My experience was a hot mess. In the end the taxes are done and I owed more than I had the previous 5 years with my previous tax preparer. Online portal is glitchy. Poor customer service and communication. Overall, would not recommend.

They helped me with my taxes, as I've never done a contractor tax form or anything like that before, and then they advised me on how to best ensure the tax money gets to the IRS with as little nonsense as possible.

Been with H&R block for over 5years and have had nothing but great experience. My taxes were done in a timely manner and we're always done right. Highly recommend using H&R block.
