I had my first haircut by Reanna. I cannot praise this lady enough! She was absolutely amazing! This was my first haircut in over a year. I have been trying to grow out my hair and have received not so well haircuts at other salons so my anxiety was high. She told me what she thought would be best for getting the dead ends off, but she only cut off what I suggested first which was about 2 inches and showed me the result. She reviewed the dead ends with me and provided her educated suggestion that about one more inch would be best to help the health of the hair and informed she would not move any further until I provided the okay to go ahead and cut a little more off. She provided layers that I wanted and body as well to the haircut. She is so comforting and knowledgeable about her craft. She easily eased my anxiety and I felt confident and refreshed after the appointment was over. Go see her now! You will not regret it!

I had an amazing experience with Audrey Diehl! She did a jaw dropping job on my hair, I am in love with it. The shampooing part of the styling almost made me fall asleep the scalp massage was incredible. The color is exactly what I wanted and she was great to converse with. Overall a wonderful experience and I will be going to her from now on!

After 1.5 years of not getting a haircut, reluctant to be unheard by another stylist that doesn’t get long/thick/wavy hair, it was getting too long and heavy to ignore. Miranda, on the other hand, was awesome. She listened and used her creativity to make a recommendation that I’m super happy about! She’s easy to talk to and gives an incredible scalp massage too. In Touch itself offers a classy atmosphere, bustling with smiling stylists. Highly recommend!

This was my favorite bang and hair cut! I went back the next week as a walk-in. I asked to have my hair styled. Curled. It took 10 minutes. The curls fell out before the end of the day. They were never pinned. They were sprayed with a hair spray that didnt hold for more than 2 hours. After a shampoo I was told was always performed as a compliment I checked out they charged me the same price for the quick 10 minute curling iron job as they did for the hour and a half cut, wash, and style a week and some days before. The front desk lady kept lying saying were just going to agree to disagree and acted like it was an argument. I told her I didn't agree with the 50 dollar charge just to get my hair curled the way it was. I paid and went back in and asked for a refund. I told them I wasn't happy with the updo for 50.00. The style they did with the shampoo and hair cut the week before was so much better and it was 50.00. I have plenty of cash. The manager offered me another service that day. I had already called the bank to complain that I was charged for services that I didn't receive or agree too. I told the manager I was just asking for a refund. She would not do it. I nicely left. I told the bank to pay it. I returned to schedule an appointment for my mother and I to celebrate mother's day. The same desk lady happily opened my file. When I asked for chairs next to one another she walked off. She came back and said my file said I did not accept the free service and she didn't think it was working out with me going to the salon. I never had a problem going to their salon until she was the desk clerk. Today she again stated I'm not going to argue with me and we should just agree to disagree. I was far from arguing. I was there scheduling 2 more services and she was again the problem. I have been going here for a while. The front desk staff was overly angry that she knew I had complained about the 50.00 charge for a updo that I asked would stay for DAYS. The stylist said she used a light hold hair spray. I thought she knew what she was doing it didn't last the amount of time I walked outside and then back into the salon. When I asked for a refund I declined and called the bank to let them know I didn't agree with the charges but they were to be paid. Returning I was told the manager who offered me the free service wasn't there but the front desk staff definitely treated me like a trash person who wasn't wanted for a new few bookings.

I always feel amazing when i leave here! Awesome head massage and they really listen to what you want your hair to do and how much time you want to spend in it. Best haircut I’ve ever gotten and I’ve gone here for years! Alicia is amazing!

I absolutely love this salon. So bright, great ventilation & friendly staff. And those washing bowls!! So easy on the neck. My hairdresser, Jenna, is the best! So sweet, so engaging & so very talented! I began to think I would never get a “big city” quality cut & color, till Jenna! Thank you so much, Jenna! I’m on top of the world with this new style & color!

Brandi O'Brien is a lady and a scholar and who possesses awesome skills as a Stylist. It's obvious she loves her job and the people she works with. She is full of personality, laughing and smiling while maintaining a subtle touch of serious about what she is doing. She makes sitting in chair fun! She is a Master Jedi with her scissors and the force is truly with her! I recommend her highly!

Cut/Color. I have been going to Lisa at this salon since I moved to Fort Wayne six years ago. I have been getting highlights off and on for many years - more on than off. I sincerely appreciate her work. My highlights are the best they have ever been in all these years. She is very personable and committed to doing a good job. She has sometimes been stressed about time demands but she has never let that lead to shortcuts in doing my hair. I have some serious health issues and she has been very understanding of my needs. The salon is always bright and clean and the reception staff are super-nice I highly recommend.

This place is the most amazing salon I have ever been to since I started going when I was a young! Alyssa does my hair and I just cannot remember when I've ever been so impressed with someone. And I know it reflects throughout the entire salon. This place is like heaven on earth.
I was starting to have reactions to regular hair color and the toxicity with the chemicals making me sick and I had to find an alternative and was just beside myself on what to do because I have to keep getting my hair colored, I looked for organic and found Aveda which I used to use when I was younger in my early 20s and I was so excited to find this salon with Aveda products and everything was organic... SMELLS AMAZING!!!
I absolutely love the way this young lady just spoils me and takes her time and makes my hair just look amazing the color last forever even without the extra conditioner, I mean it's just phenomenal…
I would always try my best to leave a tip when I used to get my hair colored over the years but it's different now… I TIP THIS GIRL! SHE IS THE BOMB! I will never go to this girl and not leave her at least a 20% tip. I don't care how high that takes my bill because of how hard she works to do the best, most professional job she can!!
