I called to see if they carried a certain type of tobacco. The guy said “I have no idea” and after I tried to clarify he said that, he just hung up on me. I purchased once from there. Never again.

I would be giving a better review but today ruined that chance for me, I went in just to check out what products were available and was given a very rude attitude from the Indian gentleman that worked tonight when I was only coming to browse. If I just want to come in to browse I will go to the other Indy smoke times from now on, I'll make sure everyone knows to go shop at the other locations instead of this one until things can change.

I have been buying at Indy Smoke Time for many years. First in Indianapolis then at the Fort Wayne store when it opened. They have a huge and varied selection, good prices and are very pleasant and helpful. There is a very good selection of shisha and hookahs along with all the necessary accessories. GREAT STORE and very happy they opened the Fort Wayne location.
