Yes their is a work in fee 250$ but most importantly make sure your at -10 degrees, or you’ll be waiting. Otherwise good service got a door right away !

So fast in and out, 1 hour took them to load full truck, so nice people.
Vending machines, clean restrooms and overnight parking.

Grrrreeeeaaattt place! Overnight parking at both ends. Got there at 0300 and went to sleep. Checked in at 0800 for a 1000 appt by Craig, super nice and smiling guy. Got a door right away. They accidentally loaded the wrong load... but fixed it and i was out by 1100. Only 1 hour past my original appt. Im happy. Clean restroom with seperate ladies room. 😃 Lots of backing room with wide doors. Got 8 in sleeper and i went rolling again. 5 miles from Blue Beacon & Ft Wayne Pilot for fuel, but they rarely habe parking.

Love the loading process had appointment at 3:15 pm got here at 2:30 pm got the dock right away and started loading about to be clean restroom and driver lounge

This is one of the best places I have delivered, I showed up at 0500 and parked waiting for them to open, I had a 0700 appointment and checked in at 6:45, the gentleman behind the desk informed me only two people had showed up today and it might take awhile (I was fine with it needed my 10 hr break anyway) but putw in a door and I was still unloaded in am hour and parked to finish my break. Really friendly staff, overnight parking is a huge plus, and very clean. Bravo ICS

I applied multiple times over a period of 3 years and always get turned down. Not even an interview. I know they know I'm black and they refuse to hire black people. I got 17 years experience on a forklift and they won't interview me. Gtfoh!

Got unloaded quickly 30 minutes at appointment time 0730. Overnight parking both ends of the lot. East end has dropped trailers that come and go so don't block them

Kind of a long time loading, not horrible, but the driver after me left before me. I've seen a lot worse than 2 1/2 hrs so I'm not complaining
