I absolutely had a FANTASTIC experience at J.Jill. My mom and I went in a few weeks back, and the staff were absolutely wonderful, helping me select items and making suggestions, but not doing too much to make me feel pressured. It has been over a month, and I still get compliments on the clothing!!! Love that they have talls too!!!
